Chopda: PVM English medium school reopened on Wednesday, December 1, after a long gap of 20 months. Both students and teachers were equally excited to be back to school. Teachers gave a warm welcome to students as they came to school wearing mask with social distancing. All teachers of PVM English medium school were fully vaccinated even before school reopening.
Classes will be conducted with covid protocols. Classrooms, and school premises were cleaned and sanitized. One student is allowed to sit on one bench. Students are allowed to enter only after checking their body temperature. School was stocked with sanitizer, soaps and hand wash to welcome students even before Diwali holidays.
Only 50% students are allowed in one class one day. During the class time, all students have to sit with mask on and follow covid protocols given by the government and school.
December 1 was an auspicious day for PVM school management and staff as it marked the opening of the new school building for English medium students. The school was beautifully decorated with rangoli and pookkalam. There was a special pooja ceremony in front of the school and the traditional lamp was lit by the entire staff and management and principal Rajeesh B. were present on this occasion.
